Schengen visa and entry rules only apply to entry and stay for periods not exceeding 90 days within any 180-day period.

The visa is only a preliminary permission for entering the country, which does not authorize its bearer automatically to enter the country. In case traveler is not able to meet the requirements, he/she may be returned from the border.

During the visa procedure, the client creates a legal relationship between the applicant and the foreign representation. In specific visa cases, information can only be given to the client or his representative presenting a legal authorization. The other parties involved in the procedure (e.g. the spouse or the inviting person) are not considered clients! Relevant information about the case cannot be given to interested third parties.

During the visa procedure, or in the case of a subsequent complaint, a substantive answer containing details and personal data relating to the case can only be given to the applicant - or to the legally authorized representative or legal representative.
