Dear Visitor,

The longstanding ties between Hungary and Vietnam have reached a promising new milestone in 2016 with the re-opening of the Consulate General of Hungary in Ho Chi Minh City. We consider Vietnam as a major bridge towards Southeast Asia. With a population of nearly 40 million, along with a magnificent natural heritage, historical and architectural masterpieces waiting to be discovered in the Mekong Delta and in Ho Chi Minh City, the region of Southern Vietnam has become one of the most dynamic economic centers in Southeast Asia. In addition to providing a complete range of consular services, the Consulate General will be a link between the economic actors of the two countries, contributing to the building up new bilateral trade and sectoral relations as well as continuing to further develop and revitalize existing ones in accordance with the Hungarian economic and foreign trade interests.

We do believe that with our website we will be able to offer effective help for our citizens and to provide useful information for our visitors interested in Hungary.
